Booking Details

Physiotherapy appointments are available Monday-Friday, with some availability after work hours. Physiotherapy consults are claimable under certain private health extras cover.

We also offer physiotherapy telehealth services in the way of online video consultations or telephone consultations, where we can provide a convenient alternative when there are barriers to coming in to see us in the clinic, such as distance, time and sickness.

We also see EPC, DVA, Work Cover & TAC clients and offer a concession rate to those eligible.

We understand that sometimes patients need to cancel an appointment. We simply ask that you notify us as soon as possible and no less than 12 hours before your scheduled appointment. If you cancel your appointment with less than 12 hours notice, you will be charged 50% of the consultation fee – except in the case of emergency, illness or Covid symptoms.
Our cancellation policy supports and respects the time commitment of our patients and our therapists, and is intended to make our expectations clear. We hope you understand.

Please contact us for more details or to book your initial appointment. You can also book your appointment online here.
