Anne from Mountain Pilates teaches both Mat, Clinical (studio), Circuit and 1:1 Pilates. Anne has a comprehensive Diploma of Pilates Instruction (through Polestar Pilates Australia) and has been teaching Pilates for 8 years. She uses Pilates to empower people to develop strength, mobility, symmetry and balance; to move mindfully, with awareness and connection to their bodies. She has experience working with a broad spectrum of people – including older adults, pre and post-natal, those rehabbing an injury or returning to exercise after a break. Mary-Lou Hogarth from Ahimsa Yoga is senior registered Yoga teacher (1000 hours), registered Yoga therapist and mentor with Yoga Australia (YA) and the Australian Association of Yoga Therapists (AAYT). The style of yoga she teaches is an eclectic mix of practices that work for her and has been developed over the course of almost thirty years of study and reflection. Kylie Bertuch Haynes from Ginger Ki Yoga & Wellness is a Level 2 Yoga Australia & Yoga Alliance certified 500RYT Yoga Teacher, and doTERRA Wellness Advocate. She offers yoga in the form of classes, workshops and retreats and is an essential wellness educator, sharing the benefits of essential oils. Run by a multidisciplinary team including our Physiotherapist Julie Blake, the PACE program helps local people with heart and lung conditions to improve their health.
